Bright Box, a global vendor of connected vehicle services, today announced its expansion into Europe. Caring about European customers, Bright Box recently established an office in Budapest. The company plans to offer full support to its European customers and partners. Bright Box has also employed an Operational Manager for the Budapest Office to meet client needs and enhance relationships.
Alpár Demeny in his current position of Operations Manager will be focused on Europe. His role will be to build and integrate into the current international Bright Box organization a multidisciplinary organization in Budapest serving the European customers. The Budapest office is responsible for all ongoing activities and projects for European customers. Starting from efficient product support and maintenance, thru to the new customized product development sector, ending with core platform product development and researches thus providing solutions for the European customers' future challenges. Together with Robert Schuessler, the VP for Europe who is responsible for Sales and Business Development of the company, they will be managing all the European business aspects, paving the road for Bright Box to serve Europe from Europe. In this way, Bright Box is increasing the efficiency, trust and understanding of the Customers' real needs and challenges.
Alpár Demény comes to Bright Box following his experience at NNG, a global company that develops next generation navigation and infotainment systems where he was responsible for a developer’s centre in Hungary and for a Business Unit that was developing products for big OEMs such as Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Group, Jaguar Land Rover Group, Toyota, Yamaha, Harley-Davidson. He has over 10 years’ experience in the automotive world in varying leadership and management positions. While working at Knorr-Bremse Group, he worked timeously to deliver complex product to clients such as Daimler, Volvo-Renault Trucks, DAF, Hyundai Companies.
CEO of Bright Box, Ivan Mishanin had this to say: "At the end of February Bright Box launched the MyHonda Connected Car solution in 6 European countries. Bright Box features quality of service for our clients and the adaptation of our solution has and can reach new clients fast and efficiently. Sales of new connected cars can start within three to six months of our contract being signed.
