Global Connected Car vendor Bright Box obtained ISO 16845-1:2016 certification of CAN controller

Bright Box, a global vendor of solutions and platforms for the connected car industry, has been awarded ISO 16845-1:2016 certification — the standard test specification for the implementation of CAN — by C&S group. 

ISO 16845-1:2016 certification confirms the reliability of Controller area network (CAN) controller. The tests by C&S group check CAN-controller with many successive test cases. Bright Box also has certificates of compliance and successful completion of these tests.

“Automotive standards are created to improve the quality of delivering solutions. Conformance testing helps to ensure a proper level of interoperability of devices from different suppliers in a system environment.This certificate is our advantage over competitors and easier implementation in the future.”, said Vyacheslav Sokolov, Chief Engineering Officer.

C&S group is the internationally appreciated independent testing company for networked systems, but also as a competent partner for the analysis and conception of networked systems and their testability.
