Hyundai Belux collaborates with Bright Box to enable telematics services for drivers and rise of customer retention rate for dealerships.

Bright Box, an international vendor of Connected Car, a remote car management system, launched the connectivity product for Hyundai Belux. The innovation system will become yet in a first wave in 2019 another advantage for Hyundai i30 Fastback N, Kona EV, Tucson, Santa Fe owners by making car maintenance easy and convenient. From the beginning of 2020, all Hyundai Belux cars will have this advantage. 

Bright Box proved to be a reliable provider of excellent service features and an innovative end-user communication channel at Europe market. And as a result, Hyundai Belux has obtained a unique aggregated information platform for dealerships and for the customer. The drivers allow to follow up on the latest news and promotions, instantly contact the dealer regarding any problems, sign up for services and maintenance, request the insurance services. New telematics solution enables some of telematics applications, including central locking status, access to the information about fuel level, battery level, odometer, battery for Hybrid, temperature, trip history, and geo-services. The connected car solution comprises a certified OBD dongle to be installed in the vehicle, a web-based control panel, and a custom app for contact with dealers. 

Regarding the study of automotive consumers from Deloitte reveals that a large percentage would be loyal to the brand they inevitably choose if it is driven by a positive dealer experience. Seventy-seven percent of those participating in the study said that if they had a great experience with a brand’s dealer, they would rebuy that same brand of the vehicle the next time they were in the market. «It is a great honor for us to be a provider of a new level of customer retention services for Hyundai Belux. This is the beginning of long-term cooperation focused on the digitalization of the automotive market and the increase of a comfortable driving level on the roads of Europe», said Denis Rastorguev Managing Director Europe at Bright Box.
